Install virtualbox, install virtualbox image of Qubes OS, run that through a VPN while using Tor, subnet that IP4 network connection through a private, static telnet router (with a ip-void fibernet mask looper, of course).
Once you're done doing that (which shouldn't take long), use Javascripts to configure a subnet switch modem recall to keep the feds off your back.
