Is Labview a programming language for Engineers and Technicians who don't know what the fuck they are doing?

Used LabVIEW for my physics undergrad. When you have so much Shit to worry about, LabVIEW is a godsend.
>is a program a programming language
is a TV a recording device?

Are you trying to be clever or are you implying that VPLs aren't "real programming"?

You should go back to school and learn reading comprehension.

>LabView
It's just a C or C++ frontend with pretty graphics and little boxes to be connected.
It makes the job easier. It also makes the runtime performance shit, so it isn't used seriously outside of prototyping.
Why isn't there an architecture with super simple human readable assembly?
Yeah it'd take hundreds of lines to do simple things, but you could have prebuilt functions for lazy fucks

>assembly
>super simple human readable
Choose one. Assembly is meant to be easily read by the machine, not the human.

What about that nVidya project Denver thing? It was intended to have an interpreter on the CPU that translated x86 or ARM assembly into it's own code, so it could run either. Failed only because they didn't get an x86 license. If you can interpret x86 into ARM on the fly, why not Python or BASIC into ARM?

LabVIEW is literally one of the best tools for multicore programming.
Dataflow Programming is godsend for any async operations.
