Sup guys.
I was gaming last night and all of a sudden the screen went black and couldn't do anything but turn it off.
When I tried turning it back on. The PSU and case fans whirl but no display on screen and no POST. No HDD activity lights
I've removed my graphics card and it looks like everything is working fine as HDD lights are flashing away as normal.
I don't have a VGA cable to check but before I fork out for a new GPU would this definetily be the cause or could something else be wrong like PSU?
I did a green wire to black wire bridge on the PSU and it powers on with fan running

Maybe.

Sounds like PSU failure
If it boots normally without the graphics card in it that means that the PSU is not giving out the power needed to power everything AND the graphics card but is giving out enough to power everything else

check your ram. remove a stick, try to boot, and then repeat if it doesn't boot the first time
