Fractal has great support (had to deal with many broken parts before due to their shitty build quality), you can just ask them.

I'd advise against it though, since their hdd trays do not block any vibration. With 13 3.5" drives the machine will make so much noise that you'll confuse it with a washing machine. I only had 6 in mine but I could already hear it pulsating.
