got ps2 working back in 2015 but it was slow and buggy might be better now but i haven't tried

I have used N64 emulators. They are buggy. Dolphin is relatively painless for GC.

the N64 has some off programing that makes it difficult to emulate

i was going to buy one for ps2 emulator but i dont know if its possible

PS2 emulation is kind of garbage, and so is N64 emulation.
On ALL platforms.

So it's gonna be even worse on a tablet.
The only reason Gamecube emulation works is because Dolphin is one of the best emulators ever made, for any platform.
