I tried some portables after installing 2017, my "best" result was 1 service 3 shits at startup 7 processes, 2 of them trying to connect to internet (blocked by comodo) and some shit avira deleted that was consuming 25% cpu (100% of a core)

Removed the 2 exes that was being executed and everything from startup/services, I have it working and no shit on background anymore
