You will probably need CSS/JS as well, and maybe some illustrator/photoshop. Wordpress is honestly pretty straightforward but if you really don't know what you're doing, you're going to struggle hard.

Installing and fiddling with settings is one thing. Programming widgets, layouting, backend scripting and database management is another ballpark. You need a sizable knowledge on Python, PHP and JS, as well as CSS/HTML for the frontend.
