460 is about 2x slower than 470, and you can OC 470 to about 480 levels if it has custom cooler.
There is really no reason to buy 460 ever.

SLI is technology where 2 or more GPUs talk to each other via bridge, GTX1060 doesn't have that bridge and only can communicate via PCI-e.

Because binning is a "ploy" and they should be required to only advertise their highest cost units.

if the 1060 could sli and one of you fuckers would do it, you'd go straight on the to-gas-list for being retarded beyond belief.
the only cards you use for sli are the high end ones because you got no other way to improve performance at that point. below that you just get the next best card instead. there is no reason to go for 2x1060 over 1x1070.
