This article says I wouldn't be able to match the ps4 pro without spending over $200 more than the ps4, and that's just to match it
Is this realistic? How much am I looking to spend to at least surpass it on a semi budget level? And is there even any noticeable reason to?
Is 60fps gaming really that much better?

And a PC minimum of 60fps/1080p isn't compared to a Playstations 30fps and less than 1080p upscaled
You can make a 30fps gaymen machine for super cheap, 1050 and a new pentium comes to mind
