Those HP models are well known for having overheating problems, probably a repaired laptop that had a gpu failure.
You see, these are the kind of morons that but a "cooling fan" (you see it clearly on the pictures) instead of properly cleaning the inside of the system (heatsink, fan, changing thermal paste, ect) to avoid the issue.
Also the owner look desperate to sell it.

You're right, there is definetly something under the laptop. The story is that I am selling a cheap no-name 32" FHD Smart-TV, originally paid 299 euros, on eBay and this dude messaged me, offering me his laptop for my cheap TV. It seemed fishy, but if there really is a new 512GB SSD in it plus a laptop, which has good specs, I could totally get more out of it than my TV would ever give me. I mean, my TV is listed for ~150 euros. Worth it?

Don't pay more than 50-80 on it. It's a piece of shit, I've had one before. Internal gpu failed within a year and a half, fingerprint sensor failed and trackpad is shit.

Protip: only buy business notebooks if you want to use them for more than 2 years
