do you have any experience with building drone from the scratch and programming it?
I am not talking about 2k $ drone with go pro, more like drone that is able to fly around run with wifi + application on android as controller.
any tips?
Looks like cheapest brushless are Redox Brushless BBL 450/1400
Cheaper to just buy one and replace the circuits.

ArduPilot does this & is open source.

Built a drone from scratch from individual parts.
All you need are soldering skills

thats my plan, but I am more interested in programming desu, I have small 0.3Mpx camera and it would be cool to use it over wifi, I am not sure about lag thou

I'll lol when you fly over someone's house and it gets shot down.

>fly around run with wifi + application
Isn't that highly irresponsible? I don't imagine how could it be legal.

no, I would only fly around my room.
I want to learn programming drones and I would not risk fucking shit 200$ shit up just because I fucked up one instruction in asm.
For test outside I would use Pololu AltIMU-10 v5 + gps and after wifi dc drone would fly on set gps position and just land, but thats a very long way
just buy an apm or pixhawk clone and use arudcopter
