I need help finding a good free offline installable software (not a web based one) for managing quality, environmental and health and safety for my master 2 defense.
All i can found are paid software's or excel based ones.

I don't really understand your stupid shit,but if you're trying to powerlevel you should focus on stats with offensive applications or endurance/mana regen if tank/caster. Your defense is low anyway so raising it a couple levels should be easy without powerleveling; use your time smartly.
