Definitely core duo, but I don't remember if it's core 2 duo. I think the OS is 10.4.x Tiger.

If it's an 06 model, just ditch it, you're not going to recoup the costs of shipping if you try to sell it on ebay. 07 model might get you a slightly higher price if you can install Capitan/whatever newer OS they're up to at this point, but even then you'll only see about $80 for your efforts before shipping costs.
