Sorry this was rude, hacking wifi is tough as shit nowadays and unless your neighbors wifi was setup a decade ago its pretty much not gonna happen. People who do not know how to setup wifi simply just don't, and they get someone who does to do it for them, and all modern routers default to using a security protocol that can't currently be broken by script kiddies.

Pretty much your looking for anything running WEP (which you won't find) or WPA (and good luck on that), but the thing is if you don't know what either of these acronyms are you will never hack into someones wifi, because this shit isn't simple and only people who actually understood wifi networks could even use the tools that kali provides correctly. And then you have to learn the tools which is another fucking pain in the ass.

To put it simply, if the wifi isn't already open, you are not getting in.

Nah, you can just run wifite or wifiphisher and have everything automated.

Literally so easy my mum could operate it. And most of the time, if WPS is enabled, you can bypass WPA completely. Just read how weak it is (two 4-number PINs).
