Honestly I wanted to return this and build an i5 with a 1060 or GTX970. But then I saw one in person and the quality is utter fucking garbage. All thin Micro ATX looks like they are garbage.

I have one and the buzzing noise is still here even after I removed the 970, could it be from the motherboard?
