Okay, so, dumb question time. I have a 50 foot ethernet cable, it already has the ends on it.

Are there any wall jacks that let me just plug in the cable into the back of them, without like, stripping the wire and taking off the ends that are already on it to plug the individual wires into the wall jack?

Ok, you're going to have to be more specific. What I posted has two female ends such that you can plug a patch cable into either side. It can also be mounted in a standard keystone wall mount.
