Right now I am using Windows 7 and I'm bored so I want to change to Win10 but don't want to lose any data. Unfortunately I don't have any back up HDDs here.
Is it possible to install Win10 on Win7 and overwrite the OS without losing any data?

Stop being stupid and just install it. Then remove all spy services with ShutUp10. For extra paranoia mode run blackbird_v0.9.98_64.
