My Noctua D14 is making weird shitty noise after working just fine for 6 months.

Temperature is fine but why the fuck is it making awful noise now? I would say its a rattling noise but I'm not sure what it actually sounds like..

I have two bottles of water that worked fine for 6 months.
The water is fine but why the fuck is it's water under them.
I would say one is leaking but not sure which actually leaks.
