You really need to lurk on some mining community forums. I went there and read up on the 480 when it came out, and some of those fags know what's up. It's probably your memory, or possibly vrms too hot, that's all I remember about that card for sure.
Ok here is the guide
You need two PCI-e slots for it
You OC right until one of them burn and then reduce it a tiny bit. Now you put the card in the other working slot and there you go
