California recently passed a law requiring driver's licenses for legal citizens and non citizens in the state be identical.
You can vote just by showing your driver's license in a lot of states, including California.

It's just as hard to prove that illegal UNDOCUMENTED immigrants didn't commit voter fraud, why? Well because they're undocumented.
On the other hand, is it a bad thing to look into voter fraud? No, absolutely not. Every illegal vote cancels out an actual citizen's vote. If we're are a country that is to value our right to vote it would be better have more secure measures that allow for people to feel like their vote is secure. The fact that California is so lenient on voting actual makes it easier for people to agree with Trump, which is a bad thing because we want a citizenry that doesn't have a doubt in their voting system.

The actual study was done of the 2008 election, and they're assuming those numbers will apply to the 2016 election. Most importantly you have to assume the earlier study was actually accurate. It was an online study that was supposed to be given only to citizens in the first place, and had a really small sample size.

The 800k figure could be true, but it's about as likely as Trump jacking it to golden showers from Russian hookers.
