I think 5.8'' is more than doable with the decreased bezel space on S8 due to curved edges.

The S8 and S8 plus aren't going to be much larger than their S7 counterparts. The reason the screen sizes are so big are because of the 18.5:9 aspect ratio and the 90% screen to body ratio.
