The future for all the coders, designers and programmers is really not that bright. Soon half of the code work done by people will be authomated and 90% will be fired. Maybe 10% will be still in the industry gaining 3-4 times more than now.

Yes we have too many bad programmers.
Luckily were getting better tools so we can get rid of them. It should drastically increase software quality.

I don't see how you consider this bad for the industry though..

The "computer science is easy" meme has to stop. What is easy is programming, in this day and age. The consequence is that it has become so easy that even machines know how to do it.

Great programmers must be analytical thinkers and problem solvers. If the only thing you bring to the table is being able to learn programming languages then frankly you deserve to be fired.
