Its actually not that hard you only need

a DNS proxy such as acrylic since windows is a fucker and wont block some sites with the default hosts file

a firewall such as comodo

install acrylic and change your connection settings change the DNS to use "127.0.0.1" instead of the network provided dns

edit acrylic hosts file put
127.0.0.1 *.microsoft.com
127.0.0.1 *.bing.com
127.0.0.1 *.msn.com
127.0.0.1 *.s-microsft.com
127.0.0.1 *.a-msedge.net
windows connects to more sites but that covers mostly

use Dnsquerysniffer to check if windows keeps connecting to other sites if it is then use acrylic or use your firewall

don't forget to change the dns acrylic uses because it has the google DNS as default and if you use comodo block cmdagent.exe so that comodo cant spy on you
