Don't be retarded. madVR does not do full interpolation to produce high FPS. it just blends some frames in a way to make it less irritating sometimes, while it keeps the FPS low.

The actual alternative to this is SVP, but it has heavy resources needs and it's quirky, and the shills that make it start asking for money lately for the full feature set.
