I recently got an electric shock from my LCD when it fell over and I put it back together. But I can't remember which part did it. Any ideas?
The PSU 10/10. Capacitors are freaking dangerous.

Disassemble it and put it back together again

It's always the capacitor.
There's nothing else in there that can hold electrical charge after you turned the device off and unplugged it.

You got SAMXON'd

This two look bloated. Are they flat on top or rounded? If they're rounded, you should replace all 5 caps.

Also known as Crapxon.

You are supposed to press the power and other buttons while unplugged to discharge the capacitors first.

That only works if the power button is actually completing the circuit to the power stage.
Most devices these days just treat the power button as an input. It's like you're asking the micro controller kindly if it will power the monitor on.

iirc CrapXon the nickname for CapXon tho, or are they the same company in disguise?

By right there should be bleeding-off resistors to take care of that, but...'by right'.
