Any video wizards here?
I make music as a hobby and would like to make some videos to accompany my tracks.
Whats the easiest ,cheapest way to go about this?
I currently have Sony Vegas and can do basic editing etc

Unless you want to spend hundreds hiring someone with good kit (or an animator), try editing together some public domain footage in a way that tells a story.

keep focus on making music, noone gives a fuck about music videos

Include twerking whores, bling, copious amounts of money, drug references and they'd be a hit.

Premier Pro + Aftereffects. Lightworks if you like desync'd audio. If you're a "pro xD" you can use Nuke for post proc. Sony Vegas is alright, but lacks dynamic and animation effects.
If you're using Lincuck your best bet is to use Blender and Natron (basically a FOSS Nuke clone), or use Lightworks. Blender and Natron both have high learning curves and you'll probably have to use a few plugins to get the desired workflow as at first glance it seems really primitive. If you want something intuitive you'll have to settle with something less powerful like kdenlive/PiTiVi.

Depends on the genre.
If it's electronic/EDM, just put a nice/relevant background from /wg/ and a spectrograph thing that moves depending on the frequencies of the song, like this:

Alternatively just put some hot girl with big boobs and a cute face.

Get after effects, install some music plugins then learn how to use them then copy paste
