I am trying to learn photoshop, I want to get the same pattern as the image above, see the see through patter on heir body and legs? Are there any tutorials you can link me to help me learn to do that?

I drew a little pseudo dithered pattern and then selected dickbutt and clipped the pattern to that section plus a little gradient and finally clipped a layer with the correct background colours to the pattern.
