Are there any legitimate online jobs? I'm looking for employment but there's not a lot of people hiring near me, and I can't do physical labour bc of anorexia and also not speaking spanish. It makes sense to get an online job given my position, but none of them look even remotely legitimate.
Is it a pipe dream? I'm not a particularly techy person, only posting here bc it seems like the right board. Do people get paid to caption videos or something? I don't want to resort to camwhoring, but that's like the only other thing I can think of

Transcription or captioning video is probably the thing that pays best, but you'll need some equipment (foot pedal, good headphones) and you'll need to be fast and accurate and careful to comply with the formatting standards to actually make any money at it. But if you are good you can make $12-15 an hour with no problems.
