wait for the warranty to end, then you can unlock the bootloader and do everything, You need to send your IMEI to sony to unlock and they keep it and refuse to do th repairs even if you relock and restore everything stock

and another thing, i have had a Z1 for 5 years now, replaced the battery 2 years ago, don't do the repair yourself even if it seems easy, you will never return it to original condition, mine keep opening every 6 months or so and i need to rebuy the back cover and the tape glue, I looking to buy a Z3+ and never open again a waterproof phone, don't do it guys really
