I have 2 wifi networks, one is my main one with a strong password that I regularly use and the other is for guests with an easy password that I just give out.
If someone manages to crack the guest wifi could they do anything to me while I'm on my main one?

Depends on how they're set up.

make sure AP isolation is enabled on the guest network
that isolates wireless clients on that guest SSID from the rest of your network

Probably not OP, most default wireless router configurations are pretty good with this kind of thing.
You should still consider increasing the security of the guest network though, just because there isn't really a point in having a strong password on your main network if I can get access to your internet connection through a less secure alternative.
Remember, a secure password isn't necessarily a difficult one. Make it a phrase, and throw in some numbers at the end, like 'ThisIsMyGuestWifi000'. This makes it hard to attack, but easy to communicate.

or you could just have a QR on your phone that they can scan.
