The start menu is shit for other reasons. Namely, it and most of Microsoft Explorer + Cortana stop working correctly. Requiring you to restart your computer if you're resuming from sleep.
Otherwise, the start menu won't open. You won't be able to use most of your task bar except to maximise and minimise windows.
Microsoft after a year still hasn't fixed the same bug that plagued the OS from since beta.
