Alright /g/ i have a problem. This is my second semester for an IT networking degree. I know a decent amount and I just started my first part time IT Tech job for a library. The problem is I don't know to much. I feel like an idiot and is giong to be fired soon. I don't even know how to open group policy on their system. Any tips or videos i can watch to help improve my skills?

I'm unemployed and would love to have your job. Where do you work so I can come take it from you?

Iam working self as an network engineer in a bigger university network. after understanding the theory you have to learn to practice it. you can buy some older switches and routers for not as that much money on ebay, to build up your private testing lab at home. second tip is to take a certification like CCNA from Cisco. I did the certification too and thats not just a meme thing, trust.
CompTIA A+ is the most basic shit; you're probably learning similar stuff at your university. You could look up some MCSA videos; those will at least tell you about Group Policy and things.
Otherwise, Network+ or CCNA.
I also want your job. You wouldn't happen to be in Manchester, England, would you?

Of course I'm okay, my last job was $2/hour and 53 hours a week. Now tell me where.
