If someone were to self study ever subject here ( http://4chan-science.wikia.com/wiki/Computer_Science_and_Engineering ), what gaps would they have in their knowledge compared to someone who majored in CS at a good school?

Hard to say. You can get a comp sci degree pretty easily, even from good schools.
Someone who busted their ass at school learning as much as possible and taking electives that actually had to do with their field is probably going to be more knowledgeable. But your average CS "I just want to work on video games" retard probably won't know a whole lot.
If you're dedicated to learning and you have a chance to go to university, I would do it. Self learning is great, but having access to mentors and a good work environment, along with making learning your full time job is going to do wonders for you.

The one thing I regret about dropping out was losing access to the CS computer lab + servers and scientific journal subscriptions. Still even if I payed for the equivilant things myself I would still be saving money.

Assuming you studied every subject there to the point where you fully understood it and could use the knowledge practically, you would be doing better that 99.99%+ bachlors graduates, and probably similar numbers for masters and phd grads.

Sci hub for papers.

Xkcd? I'm not falling for that. That's clearly the name of a desktop environment for GNU+Linux.

Its okay, you probably already have some type of neurodegenerative problem if you post here.
>>58541327
No, the comic is definitely cancer
>>58541333
Sure, but a little more couldn't hurt. I've given up fighting it, and now I just let the cancer cuck me every day.
