Essentially, I want the macro to run on "Every Row between Row 1 and Row X"; with Row X being the last row with data in it. It is possible to do this dynamically?
Seems like it would be doable if I were able to define the 'X' value by using a For Loop (ie. For every time a row has data, increase the value of X by 1... until X equals the number of rows with data in this particular file)
Is this possible in Excel VBA? I've never had to dick around with it before now.

There is While and Do Until loop for such cases
Convert to CSV and do it in powershell

Dim lastrownumb, i as integer
lastrownumb = Range("A1").CurrentRegion.Columns.Count
For i = 1 to lastrownumb
Range("A" & i) = blablabla
Next i
I'm on a bus and this is off the top of my head, but this should give you a good starting point
