Recommend me a good professional printer /g/. I know almost nothing about this stuff. Doesn't have to print enormous volumes but needs to have ethernet port.

Inkjet or laser? If you'll be printing in colour and not in super high volume, a refillable inkjet is a good choice. If you'll only be doing black and white documents, go for laser.

buy a brother laser printer they have cheap toner

Brother's inkjet printers are awesome too, most of them use chipless cartridges.
You could probably be fine with an office jet 8100 or something if you're a small office or if you print more than 100 sheets a day then I'd recommend a laser jet m604.
Both are hp models. Also avoid printing envelopes or using an envelope feeder. It's a major issue where I work and hp is fucking useless to us via our vendor call.
this is an insanely vague question. go buy whatever this says: http://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-all-in-one-printer/
and don't ask such stupid fucking questions unless you need specific features that you can't obviously figure out on your own.

Can agree with these anons my folks have two brother printers and they have hardly failed on them ever and they've had them for years.
Canon printers are fucking pain if you're trying to connect as wifi but On Ethernet is automatic. Canons and epson are fucking vampires to their ink tanks.
