Hey guys I just got a smart phone endoscope. I tried 3 different apps and they all say no camera detected. Someone please help. Am I missing something here?

I bought one and same thing happened to me, popped open the place where the brightness was adjusted and a wire was broke. Soldered it and it worked.

first, do your smartphone support OTG ?
if it does, do the camera app you trie to use support usb camera ?
