What's /g/s opinion on the XPS 15? Considering picking

I'm more than happy getting a 25-30% off the new price for one that has been used for 1-2 months when some tech company does their yearly upgrade. It's not about being poor, more like not wanting to spend money you don't need to spend.

I used one for about a year and it was a great laptop.

My personal laptop is a T420 and I prefer that over-all for two reasons:
1. T420 has a matte screen. The XPS has a glossy screen and (depending on your environment) there will be glare. The screen was fine in all other regards. The XPS display had more vibrant colors than my T420, but I use my laptops solely for work so I don't really care about that.
2. The T420 keyboard is simply better. I really dislike chiclet keyboards. I'm a programmer so being able to type comfortably and quickly is important. The older Thinkpad keyboards are the closest to a regular desktop keyboard that I've found on a laptop. They can take a pounding. Chiclet keys in comparison feel flimsy and unresponsive.

Performance-wise I had no complaints but I wasn't doing anything graphically demanding. The XPS laptop was loaned to me for work.

I remember the Dell laptops from ten years ago and these seemed to be an improvement.

Show me up to date comparisons
In some dx12 and especially doom vulkan it's noticeably superior.
Driver overhead holds it back but it had more raw power
