Is there a way/app for windows 10 to play sequential .png like a movie?
I have 360 sequential frames (about 15 seconds @ 24 frames per second) that I want to view like a movie.
I know "Big" programs like after effects and premiere can play files sequentially, but there's gotta be an easier/faster way.

Use ffmpeg with a command like this:
"ffmpeg -f image2 -framerate 24 -i foo-%03d.png foo.avi"
Foo-%03d.png would be if your images are named foo-000...999.png sequentially.
