I'm not 100% sure if this board would know but what would be a good drone for checking livestock at night? I've looked into many drones but they never seem to be able to be used at night.
Thanks in advance

I've got money you nigger but I don't want to spend it

Kek no. We own beef cattle which you have to check on frequently when they are calving. I was hoping I could use a quadcopter type drone to check on them instead of going out to the pastor.

Then why ask.

I've been looking for the last week and I found the jjrch26d that looks rad and meets my requirements but the problem is a YT video I saw about it said it weighed a certain amount and would need to be FAA registered. Which sounds like big gubmint cancer. And if op throws a flashlight on that sumbitch he can watch cows fuckkkkk in the dead of night. Or whatever they do

Get a DJI Phantom + ZenMuse

Nevermind, it's only compatible with their most expensive drones
Anyway, it works at night, and farming is specifically advertised as an example application
I wish I had one
30+ minutes infrared vision drone is seriously cool to spy on stuff at night

don't most CCDs already capture IR and they only have a IR filter on the lens?
