Sorry to burst your bubble but just like Windows XP it doesn't get updates anymore.

You should use at least Android 6 with a rom that provides security updates. AOSP or Lineage OS roms are fine as long as it is an actually good supported project and not a pajeet that just made a crap version of another rom.
