do you have health related issues thanks to staring and sitting at computers during your day job / leisure time?
>legit question
do you have any routine/diet to keep your health in check?

I pretty much starve myself and only drink water and black coffee. If I start to get hungry I'll smoke a cigarette. My vision gets worse every year but I'm skinny.

I've got scoliosis, had a spine fusion in august. Sitting down for long periods of time sucks but it is what it is.
other than that I am Healthy.

Well I'm fat. But that's not because of the computers, that's just from sitting down all the time.

Nah, fuck that. Who wants to live forever anyways
I am an official diabetic 'candidate', so I am training every day to avoid ending up depending on the needle

sounds overkill, but in a way it is healthier than getting ultrafat

I guess it is ok if you feel good
the problem is when you start feeling like or shit or your work performance goes down

I may have exaggerated a bit. However if you don't wear glasses now, you will.
My decidedly non-twin related day job keeps me pretty active six days out of the week, so that's my exercise. If I'm hungry, I'll eat, and if I want a cigarette, I'll smoke a cigarette.
I'm pretty average on the health scale, I think.

Fuck off, Tony.

>non-twin
Non-tech, I should say. No idea why "tech" is autocorrecting to "twin."
