alll other clients couldnt compare to utorrent in speed and connection.
within a minute my torrent was speeding.
why that is i dont know . but utorrent 2.2.1 still is masterrace in this one .

Actually I think it may have been a transfer cap issue. Switching it to Uploads (which at the moment is all I want to to do) from Uploads+Downloads seems to have fixed it.
