I have no idea how to use CrystalDisk nor i have any clue about the details of HDDs. What does this means? Is my HDD FUBAR? After leaving my PC turned on all night SOMETIMES i return to find that the BIOS lost connection to the HDD, however after turning off, and removing and reinserting the HDD cables the issue is fixed, making me think that the issue was just the cable that goes from the MOBO to the HDD. Is that the issue? or is my HDD seriously fucked up?

Its a SATA 7.2k RPM of 2 TB from 5 years ago. Started 1392 times and ran for a total of: 28702 hours. Dont know how long that is for an HDD that was cleansed and had windows reinstalled in it twice.

OP the problem is not your mobo. Your HDD is moving sectors. Try to low level format it and see if the errors are partition tables generated or if the drive is truly fucked up.
If i were you i would not keep important shit on it.

I was already thinking about an 120gb or 240 gb and reinstalling windows there. I like to do full formats on the HDD each time i reinstall windows. Would that kinda fix it, fuck it more, or is the HDD still in the last legs?

You need to recreate the partition table on the drive.
It could succede or not. Even if it "works" again tomorrow it could give even more errors.
From what i've learned when this start to happen you would want to change drive.
If you have no money you can keep it, but i suggest you to backup your gay furry trap porns somewhere else

If you have more bedshitter HDD you could use them in RAID5 and use it in a NAS. The redundancy should be a good safety mean

Raid is quite nice. I suggest you to read about the wonders of raidz FS and freenas distro.
Raid is necessary when you are dealing with loads of files and you have to keep them safe, while you maintain a good access speed.
