How the fuck do I get this stupid shit to stop showing up whenever a webpage is loading?

If the page is loading some video, it fucking stays there forever, and still shows when I try to fullscreen the video.

I can't fucking click on it to try to do anything with it because it moves to the bottom right corner whenever I put my cursor near it.

Back away from the page and go back to it. I have the same problem sometimes, and do that when it happens.
