How could I get up to 4.5ghz? I used to run it fine then I got a new graphics card and now 4.4 and above is an instant blue screen and 4.3 is unstable.

I added some extra turbo voltage and changed the reference clock so now my multipliers are on 40 and I'm currently at 4.4ghz and no crash and nothing is running hot so.
