I recently got a good deal on a EVGA GTX 760 for about $60 from a friend. Upon benching it, I discovered it's microstuttering and is hitting 85C.
I figured I should try replacing the thermals on the cooler. Which thermal pads would you recommend to me?

? Thermal pads are just for the VRAM, if your card even has them.. They don't wear out over time that much, and even if they did, it wouldn't cause microstuttering, your card would probably just die.
Just replace the thermal paste on the GPU die with any non-conductive thermal paste.
