Sorry about the dumbasses. It's actually really simple, assuming you're rooted. Download an app called Root Browser. Go to /system/ and delete the folder called lib. This resets the recently deleted files back to their old locations. It's this weird thing Linux does.

I remember when this was the only way to recover lost files on Linux. Now, everyone uses terminal commands and other cancer. It's so much easier just to delete a folder.
