What orders are you waiting on /g/? I have a ws-c4948 on the way from eBay.
A Thinkpad R51, in 5 hours i leave the job and i will get it.

Why? You don't run a datacenter.
>>58420647
Not yet. ;)
An eGPU adapter for my laptop. For some reason it took fifteen days to arrive to my country, yet it's been stuck somewhere in it for another fifteen. Fuck.

>ws-c4948
>datacenter.
pick one
I have a Ducky One TKL RGB, 100 mx clear switches, and 100 62g springs on the way. Got my braided cable for it yesterday, and have all my solder supplies and switch lube already.

Here. Originalio.
I hope I didn't buy a meme.
Dxracer chair, a 525gb SSD and some LED light bulbs.
Gonna set up a Pi Zero for emulation and just general toying purposes so got that and necessary peripherals like mini hdmi to hdmi and micro usb to usb hub coming through. All chink though so gonna take a month or so
>>58424248
for what purpose
>>58424387
Tiny PCs are kind of a tech fetish for me and the Vaio UX-380N was too outdated by the time I got one to do anything useful with (even just as a Torrent slave machine).
>>58420371
I noticed this a lot on /g/, people buying business level networking hardware for their homes. Any reason as to why? Is it just a hobby? Do you really move your anime around that much on your home LAN?
>>58420371
An elitebook 2560p
>>58424708
Netgear GS-108 owner here.
I know of a few people here that need to have these for their job and kept posting photos of these.
Now you see the rest of /g/ buying into the meme.
Using a switch however is a sound idea of you have a NAS, most ISP routers can't switch a gbps of SMB transfers even if they advertise it.
A PC tool kit so I can take all these new laptops I bought, and repaste them and disable the ME on one of the thinkpads. Then completely beef up my Acer Aspire 5515 with some new RAM and an SSD, and Battery, turning it in to a playground for programming, gentoo OS installed.
My HP PROCURVE SWITCH 2650 is arriving tomorow after lunch time.
It only costed me like 25€ so i'm pretty happy with the price (and it has a 12 month warranty) so yeah.
>>58420371
How much did that set you back?
>>58424708
Well I considering my home network has +50 users +150 devices it kinda helps having business grade hardware.
Besides my own usage of the hardware for the purpose of creating and testing environments for studying networks is required for my own job.
I don't know where I could order a purposeful and meaningful life from.
nothing atm
pic is the last few things I ordered
this motherfucker right there
mid 2010 model

Why would you need two front-loader washing machines? They look nice, though.
>>58426533
This!
I put in an older model HP "gbps" switch yesterday (2520-8-PoE). This made an instant difference in available bandwidth for the NAS, and also improved the performance of Plex streaming to the living room. Previously I was using WDS bridging from one end of the house to the other so this probably isn't very surprising . .
>>58427033
Looks like it can hold a fuck ton of storage, how much does it cost?
>>58427100
I think they're actually speakers.
>>58426887
Very under-rated switch. I would rather have one of these than Cisco any day. CLI is much easier and you can't really beat them for the price. If you buy Cisco you are just paying for branding, at layer 2 they don't really offer anything more than the HP. Cisco hardware is only really an advantage at layer 3 when you are using multiple routers and can take advantage of things like HSRP and EIGRP.
Got myself a new lid for my Xbox 360 Wireless controller.
Still pissed that you cant just use it as a wired version with an adapter cable
>>58427132
It's an mp3 player famalam (Fiio x1)
>>58427094
What do you want to do with it?
>>58427375
Waiting for a 480 Nitro+ 8GB so I can resume playing Doom WADs
Waiting for my 2.5 inch 5TB HDD so I can store information. I've got HTTrack prepped and raring to download those small websites with lots of good info that are poorly constructed in HTML and usually ran by one or two people. You know the type of websites im talking about. Those are usually the ones that hold all the gems.
