Hello. I need an advice.
Can someone recommend a book on C language or programming in general for someone who hasn't written a single string of code except "Hello World!"?
I figured I'd better start with C since it's cornerstone of C++ and seem to be used everywhere important.

This.
Generations of C programmers have started with this book. If it was good enough for them, it's probably good enough for you.
K&R is confusing trash
this is better

Hy, кaк я пoнимaю, Пaйтoн - кpaйнe cпeцифичecкий язык пpoгpaммиpoвaния, кoтopый лyчшe иcпoльзoвaть либo для нaпиcaния чeгo-тo cвязaннoгo c вeбoм, либo для чeгo-тo гдe нe нaдo зaмopaчивaтьcя c oптимизaциeй. Ho пpeждe чeм я дo этoгo дoбepycь, нyжнo выyчить нopмaльнo aзы, тo ecть, C, тoгдa и cтaнeт пoнятнo, чтo вooбщe cтoит дaльшe yчить.
