>Comcast now throttling upload speeds to 40Kb/s at night down from 25Mb/s
>Download to 10Mb/s from 75Mb/s
I'm really loving this lack of net neutrality. Sure been good so far.
And look at all the competition it introduced!
That has nothing to do with net neutrality you dumb cunt. What do you think net neutrality is exactly?

Not sure what your issue is, not having any problems here.

I was experiencing bandwidth issues at peak times, and I thought it was Comcast's fault, but it turns out wifi interference in my apartment building just changes that dramatically over the course of the day. Are you already using either 5GHz hardware or ethernet?

welcome to mexico tier internet
I live in a pretty small town in Oregon and I still had multiple local ISPs to choose from when I dumped Comcast. Have you even looked? This is me now compared to the single digit up/down I regularly got from Comcast.

I thought throttling falls under the vein of NN.
Some sites seem to respond okay and anything over SSL has trouble.
Speed test is absolutely lying.

GigE and fiber
The pipes on the outside seem to be fucked.
Hard to respond. Fifth times a charm.

Throttling specific types of traffic like torrents or traffic to certain sites is against net neutrality but I don't see a legal problem with just fucking everyone equally. Now if they fuck everyone equally with one exception, that's when it becomes an issue.
